Represented Intel in patent infringement suit brought by a university involving computer chip manufacturing. Court granted summary judgment dismissing all claims and affirmed on appeal before United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Represented TMX Finance in breach of contract and promissory estoppel case in Phoenix, Arizona. Court granted summary judgment in favor of TMX prior to trial.

Represented BNSF Railway Company in employee personal injury case in federal court. Achieved dismissal with prejudice as a sanction for Plaintiff’s abusive discovery conduct and an award of defense costs.

Represented BNSF Railway Company in employee wrongful termination action pursuant to federal statute. Tried case before administrative law judge and achieved dismissal of complaint.
